Remember I said something about making sushi? Tada! Only left with a little rice, why not make something for myself Oh well things that I hope I knew before hand are:
- 10 piece of seaweed sheet require around 3 cups of rice.
- Plan ahead, if not you will end up with a lot of leftover food =(
- Do not eat anything before making sushi, cause for every row, you have to eat the pieces at both extreme ends
- Do not cut the sushi from center and keep divide them into two... That will leave you with ugly pieces of sushi. Start from the side and work your way to the end.
- Expensive seeweed?! Bitch please, unless you are a level up, just get the cheap one will do.

Thats the date of my last post. Wow, thats really quite some time.
So officially, this is going to be my first post of the year!
Just checked the tracker, doubt anyone I know is still reading my blog. And guess what? Mei Ling shifted her blog (let me go an check... Yeap, confirmed, dead), that means I am the only one left in blogger =(
Been wanting to blog since the last batch end, but there are just to much distraction around. I have to purposely take a 10 minutes bus to Starbucks to find the mood to blog again. And to show you that I am not lying, here's a picture.
Hmmm, there are so many many things that I wanted to log down~ Yeap, cause when I look through my blog's photos and entries, they remind me of who I was and where am I. But due to slow internet connection and the restriction of image capturing devices... Blogging seem too much of a chore to me. Not to mention about the mundane lifestyle I am having right now.

First of all, why not start with something recent? Okay, I have just finished my THIRD, ya 9 months in a row, THIRD batch of cadets. Since we have been working all the way for the past 9 months (for some its a YEAR!), our boss is kind enough to give a a mini holiday~ 3 weeks away from work, away from office. In another words, OUT OF SIGHT, OUT OF MIND~
Another thing that happened quite recently is my brother finally got enlisted, and on the same day I was promoted to Lieutenant! Wow, looking back, time really flies~ 2 years just like that. And honestly, after knowing the number of my friends that became an Officer, I am really impress by myself~
Still army related, I JUST EXTEND another 6 months on top of the original 1 year 10 months I have to serve. Its really sad to say that the main reason I took up this scheme is because of the root of all evil... Money. I know very well that my motivation level of teaching cadets is really dropping.
First batch: Although I knew nuts about teaching, but I was passionate, and when you are passionate, somehow everything works out. Was really glad, that the entire section came back and look for me during Joint Term... For a first timer, I think I did quite a good job.
Second batch (a series of unfortunate events batch): I kept getting injuries, WHY! So the initial stage is kinda a downer, your own section not performing =( Don't want to blame others but there is a little voice inside my head saying, you did not take them personally for the training, so don't be so hard on yourself. Ha, I even apologise to them for not putting in as much effort as my first batch. However, they are a bunch of nice cadet (never say up argh, only nice!) And thanks for all the present =)
Third batch (market rate batch): Okay, this is really really unprofessional... I think everyone is tired. Batch after batch, first is Tekong then Platoon stuff and then Scorpion King, basically you repeat everything~ So I kinda got really lazy, I will only do work and interact with my cadet as often as others. So when the bulk of the instructors are inside office playing among themselves, I joined in... And when majority when overseas, I stayed inside the office. So many times, I can interacted with my cadets, I chose other wise... To make things worse, the platoon emphasise a lot in doing everything as a platoon. So when everyone gathers, there is this instructor who will engage them, conveniently I just sit there and let him talk. Seriously I don't blame 85/11 for hating me if they see this... So sorry.
And that is the first time I got my first negative remarks =( Of me being bias, not knowing my stuffs, should have been there when they needed me... Guilt. Thats how I felt when I stamp my name on their performance book. Honestly I have not done enough to be call their instructor, and so as the rest...
So for year 2012! When 87/12 is in, I will not repeat this mistake! Not going to regret or feel guilty when they leave me this time.
Now lets touch on what I have been doing for the three weeks that I am away from the office~
Relative. Never think that my family is close to any relative... So every time there is a visit, there will be this awkward atmosphere. WHY, CANT EVERYONE JUST BE INTERESTED IN SNSD, AND WE CAN ALL GO BLAH BLAH BLAH ABOUT KOREAN AND STUFF. But I guess one does not just meet once a year and expect everyone to go RaRa, and all hyped up~ Relationship need maintenance, and that really require effort -.-
Which brings me to the next point. I am putting in efforts now! Have been meeting old, new, recent, army, etc etc friends for the past three weeks.
Can't really put my thoughts into words until I join Platoon 2. The hard truth is that every group/clique needs an identity. For example when you guys are studying, everyone is bounded together as classmate, and within that short 2, 3 years you guys are unable to find something else in common... Its really quite hard to maintain such friendship.
What are we going to do, where to go, who to ask, these are some of the questions that are hard to answer when it comes to class outing... Cause basically, BBQ and chalet is about all there is that you guys might actually enjoy.
So as of now, I have one walking clique, BMTC saved me clique, one pull me through OCS clique, kayaking clique, running man clique(? Haha) and the 'late night nothing to do so lets meet up and dota and if we are hungry, why not supper' clique. Still looking into the last one for a better purpose actually. The tricks lies in finding things that everyone enjoys and make it a regular thing (regular can be twice a year also, since everyone is busy most of the time). If you are unable to establish an identity, once you are married... chances are you are not going to see them again.

And we are back... Apparently, I got no mood again =/ Oh well, off to watch some HELLO BABY with SNSD =P

Hey hey, if you are not interested or you are anti K-pop. I did you a favor, I broke my post in two, the one below is all about my recent K-Pop activities. This one is about everything else, so here we go!
First of all, OMG JeW! Welcome to my ghost town =) Really appreciated it. Since you are here, send me the the photos via Email can? Hahaha.
Since I do not have a picture of what happened on Thurs and Friday, shall give a brief update.
Thurs:
Jiawei just touched down not long ago, so the OCS gang (From now one when I say OCS gang, I mean Zheng Gang, Jiawei and How Sun) went out together. Ohhh, plus one of Zheng Gang random friend, call... Ermm... Emilyne I think, NTU dance captain wor~

Incase you can't see the word properly, 'Seem like everyone is avoiding me' Yeap, that's totally me XD
The day ended with the 3 guys learning how to pop and lock from Emilyne, I just stand and watched =I Actually feels quite fun just watching them. Next time, next time maybe I will join in, just for fun
Oh, the day really ended when How Sun and I darted for the last train! Lucky~
Friday:
Crashed an outing with Jun Rong and Ming Hao! Hahaha, OMG, never knew Ming Hao was quite funny and guai lan, now I know.
Then went to arcade and saw this guy who have $600++ in his Time Zone card... What?!
Lastly, went to Party World to sing. $8 for 2 hours O.O! WOW! At least now I know the optimal length of time to sing is actually 2 to 3 hrs. That is when your throat stand feeling a bit strain... Looking back, most of my singing session is with Jian Hui and Gang which last from 11am to 5.45 pm, almost up to full 6 hours!
Really like this song after Ming Hao sang it.
Hmmm, think I want to really master a song. Thinking it will be 擦肩而过, quite easy to sing actually, maybe ... Ahhhh, what the heck, will think about it when I am free. After I am done with my SNSD shirt and Blogskin.

Second time. That was the second time I actually in a long line waiting. You know like back then where there is this Hello Kitty rush, then Iphone, Harry potter etc etc... Yeap, I queued for SNSD tickets again and guess what??
Hate it! It is so hard blogging from camp! So the small part was written by me on Tuesday. After not sleeping for 30++ hours, all excited because I got the SNSD tickets... but damn can't upload photos in camp! Then the internet speed is so slow too, and I got lazy not forgetting tired =(
When I am free... the excited mood is long gone =.= Then I am left with an half finished post to complete =( Thus explains the procrastination, thus explains why this post is dated Tuesday but was out on a Sunday.
Okay, so I went crazy with the SNSD ticket sales this time... Was feeling real bad, as I left my job behind, took an half day off to queue for my personal interest. But then I remember what I told myself recently, Sometime, you have to just fuck care others do something for yourself!

I think I am tired of hearing people talking about me... Meh.

Anything happened recently?!
Lim En is gone... Don't know why but I think I am kinda sick of the drama, plus she seems rather pissed with me for the last fews days... So I am actually, quite neutral about her leaving. But she thought me something that I have lost sometime ago... That is to be appreciative. Didn't know I was taking many things for granted, and even if others aren't appreciative, that is not a reason for me to be one of them.
Honestly, thanks for everything. Thanks for taking over me as the the wing Camera man, thanks for letting drive the car =X

Waaaa, didn't expect the post to be long! But I guess thats what happen when you delete your facebook... Yea, I did! You know what does it mean?? (Not going to receive any birthday wishes any more ಥ‿ಥ)
Took me forever to get this right!

You think very easy to make this phone wallpaper meh? Try finding this scene (above) in this MV and you will know how crazy I am =/ Hint the scene is actually only 1 second long.
Saw it? Its 2.04 to 2.05. When to the extend to check frame by frame to see which scene looks the best~
Then there is this irritating thing about my phone. The height of the phone is 900 pixels and my laptop height is 768px ( How can a phone with smaller screen house more pixels?! What?~)... So apparently the screenshot took on my laptop became blur when I use it as wallpaper for my phone... So need to add a transition to the larger black background. And I think I went way too detailed, this s*it is getting boring, MOVING ON~
Wasn't really into the Kpop thingy until the whole SNSD saga happened. Both Felix and Jian Hui both stressed on wanting the 'First Concert' experience, and just nice we did our combat shoot and got a bonus of $200 (Just nice for the tixs)... That's when I agreed in going to the SNSD concert, even though I had no idea who's who except Yoona~
Out of all of 'em, she is the only one I can recognise. And I am very sure I am not alone! All the others looks like they visited the same doctor... That is if they undergo plastic surgery. Speaking of which, how can people looks so different after every other album ( .' ')?? Make-ups, that's how!
One particular make-up that society has forgotten is this thing call a smile. I miss that. Now everyone look so cold when they face their own screen.
Technology had made us much more lonely. Now, everyone has either a smartphone, MP3 player, tablet or at least a phone. So the moment you board the train or bus, everyone is wired to their earphone and enjoy they little own comfort circle. (But then even in the past, people also don't talk to stranger on the train or buses) Ermmm... I just shot myself in my foot aanndd... I don't know how to con't from here, so lets skip. If you roughly know what point I am coming at, thats good enough. (Yeap, I still feel that people not interracting with one another is a bad thing!)
So before I got carried away, I was talking about SNSD concert yes! Went scouting with Jian Hui yesterday at Lot1 to see if anyone is queuing overnight (Kinda regret not doing so now) for the concert tixs~ Wow, no one is going to queue overnight~ Phew
*The next day*
Reached at 9am when the sales starts at 10am... GONE! We are roughly the 100th person (＃ﾟДﾟ)
Felix the mathematician conclude that:
-30 SISTIC outlets in Singapore
-So we are actually the 30 X 100 = 3000th on the queue
- So even if everyone just buy 2 tickets... SOLD OUT!
- What more, everyone is entitled to buy 6...
THAT WAS EXACTLY HOW IT HAPPENED! 5500 Tickets sold out in 4 Hours! And today is supposed to be priority sale. So the tickets are sold out way before the official release date... Hmmm... Wow... T.T
9.00 AM This is the queue to a hall way, then to the stairs and one more hall way before we can reach the counter.
After 5 hours of waiting for miracles, the final words has been said... All 5500 of them was gone by 2PM
Felt so much better after Ronald McDonald cheered me up a little.

I met up with Jian Hui today. And it felt so good~ HAHAHA...
Time to look back~
Really damn lucky to meet this crazy retard! Who in the right mind would agree to walk from Boon Lay to Pasir Ris with me? Haha~ During dinner we summed up all our walking trip~
And we have the,
1) Boon Lay to Pasir Ris, Part 1 and 2
2) Punggol to Khatib (Intended to reach Woodlands de)
3) West coast to East coast
4) Joo Koon to Pasir Ris, Part 1, 2 and 3
5) I remember got 5! Forget what is this one already =/
Then there are these few projects going to happen (?!!), "All JCs", "IKEA to IKEA", "The NTU-NUS-SMU-SUTD" and "Circle line". Not forgetting s few non-walking activities~ YAY~ So glad I meet this sucker who accompany me in all the insane stuns~ Everyone odd to have one of this kinda friends!!
And speaking of friends... I actually have one friendship that is 15 years old this year! Mr Lim Jun Rong! And following behind is Mr Lau Kim Siong with 12 years (not 13, I smsed wrongly)! And by friends I mean still got meet up in regular basis that kind~

First was Jian Hui, then was Kim Siong, then Rong's... Then eventually everyone slow down in whatever they post... Liping gone, Waner (still update once in a while though), Nerd and recently mL... Yeap, will definitely miss her bitching about anything in the world~
Now how am I suppose to know whats happening in their life? Now I would have to start a conversation with them and that... is what anyone is supposed to do! But I still prefer stalking... Easier to start topic when we really have to... talk =/

So basically, after this happened I can only type like how I type in primary school.... One finger pressing all the keys, that kinda... sucks. So I didn't update much~ Actually I didn't update at all =X

Real efforts and pictures and words and feelings and emotions and Zaammmm~ (I seriously think that if you see me in real life, you will be disappointed. I am only high when I am typing stuff in blog form. If you see me as a person, I am like a tumblr scrolling robot, facing the computer screen all day long. Or am I?!)

As part of the effort to bring the clique back, I sort of pulled every Singaporean son together to stomp JJ house for her birthday... But Su told me she won't be in T.T So in the end I just slip this at her door.
It was really damn funny when she told me she thought it was some random stalker from her school! OMG! I really LOL on the phone!

I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel! 2 more months to commission and I am quite confident that I will make it!
Why say so leh?
Because I pass both my appointment leh, wheeee~ Both outfield and in camp assessment! Thats means the only way that I am not going to make it is for me to sustain serious injury, CHOY!
One more week till Thailand, then after that, 3 more weeks to next phase of OCS, the parade phase~ Woohoo!!! Shall celebrate by going to Gmarket to hunt for more awesome stuff X)
I know I have been randomly buying stuuf online but... How to resist buying this!!?!!! Sure will need it for Uni one and by then it may not be in the market anymore, so I bought it~
So many interesting things to buy! GAWD I NEED TO PRACTISE SELF CONTROL! GAAAAAAAAAAA!
Its a sat and yours truely is stucked in camp serving his extra, boo hoo. All I can do is crawl and cry, LAWL.
